HOW TO BOOK YOUR SEASON

  1. Visa: ensure you are eligible for a working holiday visa (if you are not Canadian) and there are visas available for your season.  
  2. Register; confirm dates/season/jobs of interest to help us with planning.
  3. Invoice issued: upon receipt of registration, we will confirm availability, issue an invoice with payment methods and options, and start the planning process
  4. Work: 
    • Review of resume, and request for references
    • Job interviews scheduled via skype interviews
    • Online practice interview to prepare for meeting with HR
       
  5. Housing; accommodation questionnaires to coordinate housing
  6. Airport transfers: confirmation of flights/arrival details for booking of airport transfers to your home in Banff
  7. Arrival in Banff: orientation and getting set up for your season working
    • Social insurance number issued at Service Canada
    • Bank accounts set up for wages to be paid in
    • Alberta healthcare registration for local healthcare
       
  8. Explore your new town, get to know housemates, and get ready for first day of work
