Booking a Season

To book a season, contact us by phone or email to ensure we have availability. We have limited spaces in our chalets and thus can only accept booking based on eligibility requirements (should you require a work visa) and space available.

1) Print off the downloadable booking form.
2) Complete and send to Gap Year Canada with a cheque for £150 (please make your cheque payable to Gap Year Canada).

3) Post your booking form and deposit (with sufficient International postage) to:

Then what?

Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent by email a Welcome Pack with Booking Confirmation, Invoices and Information for your season in Banff. (please note post on our end is slow, we will hold your placement for 3 weeks to allow for arrival of your form and deposit)
